Personal Identifiers: full name, date of birth, PAN, Aadhaar (voluntarily provided), address, city, PIN code.

Contact Information: email, mobile number, WhatsApp number.

Financial Information: monthly income, employer name & type, employment status, CIBIL score, existing loans and credit cards, bank account details for eligibility purposes.

Loan/Product Preferences: loan type, loan amount, tenure, purpose.

Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies, session duration and pages viewed (via cookies/analytics).

Uploaded Documents: KYC documents such as PAN card, Aadhaar, salary slips, bank statements, ITR/Form 16, address proof, and passport photos.

To connect you with our partner Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) for loan and credit-card products.

To perform eligibility checks and provide AI-powered lender matching.

To process, verify, and forward your loan/credit-card application to relevant lenders.

To communicate with you regarding application status, approvals, disbursement and related services.

To improve our Platform, prevent fraud, comply with legal & regulatory obligations, and enable our DSA partners to manage their leads.

We share your data ONLY with (a) our empaneled Banks/NBFCs for the products you have applied to, (b) our authorised DSA partners and empaneled agents, (c) credit bureaus (CIBIL, Experian, CRIF, Equifax) with your consent for score checks, (d) service providers who help operate the Platform (hosting, analytics, storage) under strict confidentiality, and (e) regulatory / statutory authorities as required by law.

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data in transit is protected using TLS 1.2+ encryption.

Sensitive documents are stored in encrypted object storage with role-based access controls.

Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt.

Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel of Bhuraro Fintech Pvt Ltd on a need-to-know basis.

Loan application data is retained for a minimum of 8 years, as required by RBI/lender regulations. You may request deletion of your account after which non-essential data will be erased in accordance with the DPDP Act.

You have the right to access, correct, and update your personal data.

You have the right to erase your data (subject to regulatory retention requirements).

You have the right to withdraw consent for processing.
