By accessing or using the Loan4Bank platform (www.loan4bank.com) operated by Bhuraro Fintech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our services.

Loan4Bank is a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) platform that connects prospective borrowers with our empaneled Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) offering Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loans Against Property, Vehicle Loans, Gold Loans, and Credit Cards.

We are NOT a lender ourselves. All loan and credit-card products are offered by our partner Banks/NBFCs under their respective terms. Final sanction, disbursal, interest rates, and fees are at the sole discretion of the respective lender.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and application.

You authorise Loan4Bank and our partner lenders to verify your identity, address, employment, income, and creditworthiness through official documents, employer verification, credit bureau checks, and other lawful means.

Furnishing false, misleading, or forged information is grounds for immediate rejection of your application and may attract legal action.

Submitting an application on Loan4Bank does NOT guarantee approval or disbursement of any loan or credit card.

Approval is subject to the internal credit policy, risk assessment, and documentation requirements of the respective Bank/NBFC.

Loan4Bank may charge NO processing fee to the applicant for our platform services. However, lenders may charge their own processing fees, GST, foreclosure charges, insurance premiums, and other statutory or discretionary charges — these will be disclosed by the lender prior to sanction.

You are solely responsible for the timely repayment of any loan availed through our Platform.

Our AI matching engine provides indicative recommendations based on the profile information you provide. These recommendations are NOT financial advice and do not guarantee approval.

Final eligibility, rate, and terms are determined solely by the respective lender.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Indian laws.

You will not misuse the Platform, attempt to breach security, upload malicious code, scrape data, or engage in fraud.

You will keep your login credentials (for DSA Partner Portal / Admin) confidential and are responsible for all activities under your account.

DSA Partners must comply with all applicable RBI guidelines for Direct Selling Agents.

Payouts are calculated per the DSA Agreement signed with Bhuraro Fintech Pvt Ltd and are subject to disbursal and standard cooling-off periods of the respective lender.

Misrepresentation, unfair practices, or violation of the RBI Fair Practices Code by a DSA partner will result in termination and forfeiture of pending payouts.

All content on the Platform including the Loan4Bank brand, logo, wordmark, tagline ("Hamesha Aapke Sath"), design, code, images, and text is the exclusive property of Bhuraro Fintech Private Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Platform may contain links to lender websites and third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party site.

Once you are redirected to a lender's site, your interaction is governed by that lender's terms and conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loan4Bank (Bhuraro Fintech Pvt Ltd), its directors, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any loan/credit-card obtained through our partners.

Our aggregate liability, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the total service fees paid by you to Loan4Bank in the preceding 12 months (typically zero for retail users).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loan4Bank, its directors, officers, employees, and partners against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) misuse of the Platform, (c) violation of applicable laws, or (d) infringement of any third-party rights.

By submitting your details, you expressly consent to receive service-related communications from Loan4Bank and our partner Banks/NBFCs via SMS, email, WhatsApp, and phone call — even if your number is registered under DND/NCPR.

You may opt-out of promotional communications at any time by writing to support@loan4bank.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or applicable law.

You may terminate your account by writing to support@loan4bank.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
